To request a quote in the Brinde & Companhia website, you should follow these steps:

1. Search for the desired product using the left-hand side menu, the top menu, or the search field. Add the products to your shopping cart, using the button “Add to Quote”.

2. After adding all the products for which you want a quote, in the top right-hand corner, click on “Finish”. In the next page, you can view all products added to the shopping cart, delete and/or edit products or finish you quote request.

3. Afterwards, fill all fields with your information, informing us if you want the products to be personalized. You will receive a copy of the request in the email provided.

4. When we receive your request, you will be contacted by our services.

There is no minimum amount to order in most of our products. The quantities presented in the table are just for guidance. However, there are a few exceptions. Please contact us so we can answer your questions quickly.

The products travel on our expense inside mainland Portugal in purchases over 500€ (euros).
Brinde & Companhia will select the best form of delivery for the order. According to carrier companies´ practices, including time of production, the delivery time can vary between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the product and the quantity.
The cancellation of the order will only be possible if it is requested before the production starts.
The payment for the orders is divided in two stages. The first one when the order is placed and the second one when the products are delivered. To make the process faster, we suggest that the payments be made through bank transfer to our bank account (details provided upon request).
Brinde & Companhia is not liable for eventual damages resulting of misuse of the products, or when they are used for purposes to which they are not intended. The products are under the buyer’s responsibility when in transit, even when the costs of transportation are paid for Brinde & Companhia. The liability of Brinde & Companhia ceases when the products are delivered to the carrier.
The complaints will only be subject of analysis when filed in writing to the email info@brinde-companhia.pt within 7 days. The products sent through a carrier should be inspected upon arrival. All anomalies resulting from the transportation should be written up in the transportation documents, otherwise Brinde & Companhia cannot accept complaints about these products.
The present conditions are regulated by Portuguese Law, and for all emerging questions of interpretation the District Court of Santo Tirso is elected, with the express waiver of any other.
